The Wandering Flood Moves Through Us
Oakland based curator Theo Konrad Auer and Fivepoints Arthouse present: “The Wandering Flood Moves Through Us." New paintings, drawings and installations by Chris Russell, James Seevers, and Michael Louis Young. Their work aims to further a dialogue about our place in the natural order. All three artists use landscape to figure out and communicate a personal ideology or outlook. A range of philosophic and spiritual approaches to a world ever in flux come to play in works that touch on the natural terrain we share, as well as each artists’ internal mental terrain.
